Rules & Regulations
- The community will receive a 10% discount on registration fees with a minimum of 10 participants (applies to all categories).
- The community must choose one member as the coordinator (PIC) who will send a list of participating members (including their full names and selected categories) to the committee via WhatsApp at +62 818-554-389 (Pio).
- The committee will verify the list and send a discount code to the PIC.
- Participants must then register directly through the website and use the discount code in the designated column.
- The community collective registration promo is valid until March 28, 2023.
- The committee has the right to cancel any participant registrations that do not meet the requirements, including those for the Ultra 55KM category.
- The PIC is fully responsible for using the discount code, and must only give it to members who have registered in accordance with point 2.
- For the ultra 55KM category, participants are requested to read and understand the regulations for qualification in advance.
- For the Ultra 55KM Category: The coordinator is responsible for qualifying the participants beforehand, according to the participants’ requirements.

Syarat dan Ketentuan
- Komunitas mendapatkan diskon sebesar 10% dengan minimal 10 peserta (berlaku untuk semua kategori).
- Komunitas memilih satu anggota sebagai koordinator (PIC) dan PIC mengirimkan list anggota yang ikut dengan nama lengkap serta kategori yang dipilih kepada panitia melalui WhatsApp di nomor +62 818-554-389 (Pio)
- Panitia akan melakukan verifikasi dan mengirimkan kode diskon ke PIC.
- Setelah mendapatkan kode diskon, peserta melakukan pendaftaran langsung melalui website dan menggunakan kode diskon pada kolom yang sudah tercantum.
- Promo pendaftaran kolektif komunitas berlaku sampai tanggal 28 Maret 2023.
- Panitia berhak untuk membatalkan pendaftaran peserta jika ditemukan data yang tidak sesuai (termasuk syarat kualifikasi peserta Ultra 55KM)
- PIC bertanggung jawab sepenuhnya tentang penggunaan kode diskon, dan hanya memberikan pada anggota yang telah didaftarkan di poin 2.
- Untuk kategori ultra 55KM dimohon untuk peserta membaca dan memahami regulasi untuk kualifikasi
- Kategori Ultra 55KM: Koordinator bertanggung jawab melakukan kualifikasi terhadap peserta terlebih dahulu, sesuai dengan persyaratan peserta.
