Handphone Mobile phone the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race: • With international roaming that works in the countries where the event takes place/use local simcard. • Each runner should save the organization's safety phone numbers, not mask/block their number and do not forget to start the race with the battery fully charged. • Keep the phone ON at all times, airplane mode is forbidden and could result in a penalty. • An external battery is highly recommended.
Energy Food Recommendation of 800 kcal between water station (ex : 2 gels + 2 power bars)
Personal Aid Kits First-aid kits should include wound care like bandages and antiseptic wipes, along with pain relievers, like paracetamol. For longer runs or in case of allergies, consider adding tweezers, blister pads, and antihistamines.
Running Pack/Vest/Belt To carry mandatory gear throughout the race. For the 100k category, it is mandatory to have a vest/pack, belt is only for 60K

Gpx File/Maps To help you navigate during the race route, sometimes we never know when bad luck might hit us. There’s a possibility that the markers might go missing or be tampered with by children, as they can easily catch the eye among the green foliage of the forest.
